Routine Eye Exam
Regular eye examinations are an important part of maintaining healthy vision, especially as we age. Based on your age, I recommend scheduling routine eye health assessments to help detect and manage potential eye conditions early.
My team is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-focused care and ensuring that you receive the services most appropriate for your needs. OHIP coverage for eye examinations varies depending on age and certain medical conditions. Please feel free to contact my office if you would like information about OHIP eligibility or non-OHIP fees. We are always happy to help.
Refractive Surgery Referral
Refractive surgery includes several procedures that can reduce or eliminate the need for glasses or contact lenses by correcting refractive errors in the eyes. These treatments may involve laser technology or other surgical methods. If you are interested in exploring these options, please book an appointment with us.
I will assess your needs and, if appropriate, refer you to an ophthalmologist for a thorough consultation and recommendations tailored to your individual circumstances.
Consultation and Referral
Healthcare is a collaborative field, and no practice operates independently. When specialized care is needed, I will promptly refer you to the appropriate healthcare professionals, including ophthalmologists and other specialists. This team-based approach ensures that you receive the highest standard of care and provides confidence for both you and your primary care provider that your health needs are being addressed appropriately.
